Office Teams

The Just Milk office teams are the backbone of the on-farm control systems that have allowed Just Milk to grow in the way that it has since Riverside Dairy started in 2004.

Each dairy office is tasked with ensuring the control systems, created by co-founder Lynda Brotherton and refined along the way with input from other vital players, are carried out by various members of the management and staff teams. These reports include:

• Daily milk production and concentrate consumption reports,
• Monthly stock and mortality reports,
• Monthly diesel, fertilizer, milk and income reconciliations.

On top of this, the offices manage supplier accounts, ensuring accurate documentation of transactions for bookkeeping and audit purposes.

Without our office teams, Just Milk would not be where it is today.
